Viktor Gyökeres hits 20-goal mark for the fourth consecutive season After scoring twice in Arsenal 's convincing 3-0 win over Fulham , Viktor Gyökeres has reached 21 goals for the Gunners in the 2025/26 season. The Swedish forward has once again underlined his goalscoring pedigree. This is the fourth straight season in which he has scored more than 20 goals in a single campaign, making him one of the most consistent strikers in European football.
Gyökeres first reached the 20-goal mark at Coventry City in 2022/23, when he scored 22 goals in 19 matches. He then hit top form, and in the following two seasons with Sporting , the Swede netted 43 and 54 goals respectively. After a disrupted start at Arsenal , Viktor reached 21 goals with three Premier League games left to play in the Premier League .
The Swedish scorer is the first player to reach 20 or more goals in his first season at Arsenal since Alexis Sánchez in the 2014/2015 season.
