Chivu is first foreign coach to win Scudetto since Mourinho Cristian Chivu has become the first foreign coach to win the Serie A title since José Mourinho in 2010, when the current Inter boss was a player under the Special One at the Stadio Meazza. Inter secured their 21st Scudetto on Sunday, beating Parma 2-0 at San Siro. Chivu has won the Serie A title in his first season at San Siro and his first full campaign in Italy’s top flight, having previously coached Parma for only 13 matches last term.

Back then, Mou not only won the Serie A title but also grabbed a legendary treble, with Chivu as one of the regular starters on that team.
