Daylon Swearingen Surges in PBR Standings Following Tacoma Win
With the PBR World Finals just around the corner, Tacoma was the last stop on the Unleash the Beast Tour. Swearingen took his second event title of the year.
The PBR World Finals is set to take place this month in Fort Worth Texas at Cowtown Coliseum. With the finals just around the corner, there was one final stop to make on this season PBR Unleash the Beast tour. The best bull riders in the world made their way to Tacoma Washington where Daylon Swearingen would come out as the event champion, and standings would dramatically shift.
Swearingen went 3 for 3 on the weekend. He went into Tacoma sitting number 17 in the standings, a pretty comfortable spot to secure a World Finals qualification. However, getting the win launched him to number 8 going into Fort Worth.
Fans knew something big could happen in that final round when they saw Daylon Swearingen's name next to the the No. 1 bull in the world, Pegasus. Daylon took full advantage of the opportunity putting together a very impressive 94.
90 point ride that would secure the event win. He finished with 270. 85 points on the three bulls.
