Texas A&M HC Michael Earley and players speak after win over Auburn
Texas A&M HC Michael Earley, Chris Hacopian, and Weston Moss recapped A&M’s Game 3 win over Auburn and how the team responded after Saturday’s losses.
After a bruising Saturday doubleheader, Texas A&M needed a response on Sunday and delivered one. The Aggies’ 4–3 win over Auburn didn’t erase the series loss, but in a conference where every result matters, it was the exact stabilizer Michael Earley wanted. There are no easy weekends in the SEC, and dropping their first series in months forced A&M to show the resilience that has defined much of their season.
Earley said the message was simple - grab the wins whenever they’re available. "We need to keep grabbing them. We talk about it all the time like, yes, there's a series for sure.
We did not win the series at home. We always want to do that, but it's just grabbing one of those 30 wins when you can. I mean, we had to grab one today.
" No one grabbed the moment more than Chris Hacopian, who continues to produce despite nursing an injury. His three‑run homer provided the necessary cushion, and he emphasized the team impact more than the swing itself. "Yeah, I mean it's a good feeling.
