Below are some of your thougths and answers- Bull Pupp says this rebuild will take 2-3 years. This team was left cap-wise and talent-wise in pretty bad shape.
This type of turn around needs 2 years at the minimum to look like a decent team. By year three dividends will begin to show up. Must score on late round draft picks and some UDFS to fill out a solid team.
