With the Ravens signing him to a three-year deal, Pavia now has the chance to try to establish himself on the Ravens' quarterback depth chart. Seen as a rather polarizing figure, Pavia has to reel that in because now that he's in the NFL, he's at the bottom of the depth chart, and he has to work his way up. And head coach Jesse Minter isn't about to grant any favors.
"So now he's in the door and it's like, 'Show us what you can do,'" Minter said via ESPN's Jamison Hensley . "And just like all the undrafted rookies, that's what I would say.
