Carolina Panthers looking to trade fan-favorite wide receiver

Yahoo Sports

The NFL offseason has begun its shift toward minicamps and OTAs, and the draft gave teams a chance to infuse their rosters with rookie talent after free agency. He often speaks about his favorite Southern dishes, hunting, and his love of horses, reinforcing his reputation as a true country boy.

Still, the NFL is a business. Legette has not translated his first-round draft pedigree into WR1-level production. Legette could, however, thrive as a WR2 or WR3 in the right system.

He still possesses elite speed, having run a 4. 39 40-yard dash at the 2024 NFL Scouting Combine, and he has flashed that ability at times in his career. MORE: Los Angeles Chargers target David Njoku: could this move spark AFC West contention?
