Donald Trump, Kai Trump watch Cadillac Championship at Doral

Donald Trump arrived at the Cadillac Championship at Trump National Doral, accompanied by his granddaughter Kai Trump.

DORAL — Donald Trump arrived at the Cadillac Championship about 30 minutes after the leaders teed off, being escorted out of the hotel at Trump National Doral and into the Trump Suite on the 18th green. The president was accompanied by his granddaughter, Kai Trump , the former Benjamin School golfer who will join the University of Miami golf team. Trump made the walk from the hotel to his suite mostly in silence with very few fans in the area.

After a smattering of cheers as he approached the suite, he had to turn and waive his hands at the top of the stairs before any other cheers. The tournament has been sparsely attended, a combination of being late in the season for a golf event to be in South Florida and the weather.
