Jamison-Travis was a JUCO transfer from Iowa Western Community College, where he played three seasons; he landed with Auburn and played 748 snaps across three seasons, recording 19 pressures and 32 STops with just three missed tackles ( 5.
4% missed tackle rate ). Pro Football Focus grades Jamison-Travis well, and he posted a high 84. 6 run defense grade in 2025, during which he recorded 22 of his 32 career STOPs.
Here are his pro day and combine stats, courtesy of Dane Bruglarโs The Beast (The Athletic): Jamison-Travis is a fire-hydrant of a defensive lineman who can eat space, double-teams, and features elite competitive toughness, hustling 100% of the time. He has heavy hands, keeps his hips low, and has a surprising amount of flexibility for a player of his massive size. His motor is constantly running hot, and he flashed pass rushing upside against Mizzou in 2025, although his role with the Giants will start as a two-down run stuffer โ most likely off the bench.
The Giants needed help along their defensive line, especially after Dexter Lawrence was traded for the tenth pick in the draft. The team will invest further into the position, but Bobby Jamison-Travis fills a need for a rotational run stuffer โ one who should earn a role with the team in 2026.
