Tennessee adds 2027 defensive back Carter Jamison

Jamison is a 3-star prospect out of Fairburn, Georgia.

Jamison is coming off of a 2025 season where he picked off two passes, totaled 63 tackles (9 for loss) and registered four sacks. He helped Creekside High School to a 4A state title in the loaded state of Georgia. Jamison held offers from South Florida, Wake Forest, East Carolina and several other smaller schools.

He has official visits set up with South Florida (June 5th) and Tennessee (June 19th). Jamison could be a fit for Jim Knowles at the nickel spot, according to his high school coach . Tennessee is up to seven current commitments in their 2027 class.
