Multiple members of the Philadelphia 76ers react to VJ Edgecombe's big Game 7 performance against the Boston Celtics.

BOSTON -- The Philadelphia 76ers walked out of TD Garden with a stunning 109-100 win in Game 7 to complete a 3-1 comeback over the Boston Celtics. The Sixers received big performances from their stars, but once again, the rookie made a huge difference in a playoff game. VJ Edgecombe had 23 points on 8-for-17 shooting, 5-for-11 from deep, six rebounds, and four assists.

The No. 3 overall pick was fantastic in a winner-take-all situation as he has been impressive in so many areas, but if one has watched the Sixers all season long, this is nothing new. Edgecombe has been contributing at this high a level all season, and it has carried over into the playoffs.

Even when things weren't going his way against the Celtics in terms of his shot, he never lost confidence in it. "He got up 11 3s," said Tyrese Maxey. "So, let's just start with that.

That's somebody who's shooting the ball with confidence. He didn't really shoot the ball great this entire series, but to come into Game 7 and shoot 11 3s. He shot the ball every time he was open.
