The Ichabods took an early 3-0 lead in the first. Easton Wasinger got the scoring going with an RBI single to center field. Then, a wild pitch would bring in another run for the Ichabods.
To cap off the scoring run in the first, Trenton Barry hit a sac fly to score Levi Risenhoover. The Gorillas would struggle to get anything started on offense due to the efforts from Seaman Viking’s alum Gavin Wilhelm. Through 6.
