Alabama Softball Opens SEC Tournament Play Thursday as No. 2 Seed
Top-ranked Oklahoma gets the series win over Texas A&M with a doubleheader sweep as they win their 20th SEC game and claim the regular-season championship by one game over the Crimson Tide.

Because of these results, the Tide finished second with a record of 46-6 overall, 18-5 in the conference and second place. Stupid Aggies… Due to the second place finish for the Tide softball team, they get a double bye in the SEC Tournament and play on Thursday in Lexington, KY. Cellar dweller Kentucky faces off against Mississippi State on Tuesday.
The winner plays Arkansas. The winner of that one plays Alabama. I am gonna go out on a limb and say it’s Arky, but don’t discount the Bullies.
