J. Lofthouse hit a pivotal triple in the sixth inning, bringing home two runs. With the series now tied at 1-1, the teams will meet again for a decisive Game 3.

Cedar City 10, Park City 7 Payton Ludlow went 2 for 2 with two RBIs, leading Cedar to a 10-7 victory over Park City in the 4A Regionals, securing their spot in the Super Regionals with a 2-0 series win. Cedar rallied fiercely with a seven-run surge in the top of the seventh inning to overturn Park City’s early 4-0 lead from the first inning. Despite a late two-run attempt in the final frame, Park City couldn’t close the gap, resulting in their elimination.

Uintah 12, Stansbury 6 Uintah surged in the fourth inning to pull away from Stansbury, winning 12-6 in a 4A regional game and forcing a decisive Game 3. The Utes put up three runs in the fourth and added four more in the fifth, with Cooper Goodrich going 2 for 4 and driving in five runs. Brody Murray also contributed significantly by going 2 for 4 with an RBI.
