The Philadelphia Flyers (0-1, 4-3) looked like a team that needed more rest on Saturday, falling 3-0 to the Carolina Hurricanes (1-0, 5-0) at the Lenovo Center in Raleigh in Game 1 of their Round 2 best-of-7 series. Carolina takes the early 1-0 series lead and has yet to lose a game this postseason. Logan Stankoven and Jackson Blake scored for the Hurricanes.
