Raiders defensive end Keyron Crawford sat out of the second day of Las Vegas’ rookie minicamp after taking on a heavy workload in practice on Friday.

1 overall pick Fernando Mendoza among the rookies that participated in the first day of minicamp on Friday, but media on hand noted he was only observing on Saturday/ "It was really just a heavy load from yesterday, so I just wanted to keep it safe and just get mental reps," said Crawford. Crawford was the Raiders’ third-round pick (No. 67 overall) in the 2026 NFL Draft.

Las Vegas selected the Auburn product to provide the team with another pass-rusher on the edge in 2026. Crawford will get one final opportunity to take part in Raiders rookie minicamp on Sunday. Las Vegas’ offseason program will then transition to OTAs later in May after the conclusion of the rookie minicamp.
