It's safe to say Spire Motorsports has been riding high these last couple of weeks. In Talladega last weekend, Carson Hocevar earned his first career win during his 91st start. Now, the 23-year-old earned pole ahead of Sunday's race in Texas.
Last season's Würth 400 gave its audience a race to remember. Penske's Joey Logano earned his second win at Texas Motor Speedway with an overtime-win over Ross Chastain by a mere 0. 346 seconds.
This year, both will be starting outside the top-15. Hocevar earned the pole position for Sunday's race. Spire teammate Daniel Suarez will start alongside him on the first row.
