Tai Tuivasa reacts to UFC Fight Night 275 loss: 'I'll never give up'

Tai Tuivasa indicated his fighting career is not yet over despite losing his seventh-straight UFC bout Saturday.

Tai Tuivasa said going into UFC Fight Night 275 that his job was on the line. On Saturday, Tuivasa (14-10 MMA, 8-10 UFC) extended his losing skid to seven when he was dominated by short-notice replacement Louie Sutherland (11-5 MMA, 1-2 UFC) for the vast majority of three rounds, losing a unanimous decision at RAC Arena in Perth, Australia. While his future with the company remains uncertain, Tuivasa issued an statement on social media hours after the fight.

He apologized to his fans and supporters and indicated he's not quite done yet despite the repeated bumps in the road. "SORRY, I tried I felt good I put in the work didn’t get result. I feel like a sh*t c*nt let my fans down again," Tuivasa wrote on Instagram.

"Back to the drawing board for me. C*nt of a sport. BUT I WILL NEVER GIVE UP IM FROM WESTERNSYDNEY YOU GOTTA PUT ME OUT FOR ME TO GIVE UP.
