Outside of the fourth inning, it was a pitcher's duel between Adna's Charlie Myers and Montesano's pair of arms Grace Gooding and Violet Prince.

Both sides had six hits while the Bulldogs came out on top despite four errors. Adna (14-3) nabbed a 1-0 lead thanks to a Teagan Baggenstos leadoff double and she crossed home on a passed ball. Galvin needed to see just one pitch from Myers to put Montesano in front for good.
