Former Colorado Buffaloes quarterback Shedeur Sanders is at the University of Colorado Boulder on Saturday to officially graduate .

He completed his coursework in winter 2024 following the conclusion of the 2024 season and received a degree, but will officially walk on Saturday. Of course, Sanders’ class attendance was a major storyline during his College Football career. Still, he was able to complete the requirements at the Centennial State’s top research university and will be publicly honored for it when he hears his name announced, walks across the stage, and accepts his Sociology degree.

Sanders transferred to CU from Jackson State University in December 2022, following his father, Deion Sanders, after Coach Prime accepted the Buffs’ head coaching job . Shedeur was a legendary QB for the Tigers, setting records for single-season passing touchdowns (40) and completions (344) in 2022 after the arrival of fellow Jackson State-to-Colorado defector and the No. 1 overall recruit in the 2022 high school class, Travis Hunter.

Where is Shedeur Sanders now? These days, now a year and a half removed from his career with Colorado, Sanders is in the midst of a QB battle with Deshaun Watson on the Cleveland Browns that he’s seemingly losing . Worse yet, his brother, unsigned free agent safety Shilo, who also transferred from JSU to CU in 2022 to join their father, is clashing with reporters over the reporting of the QB battle in Berea.
