UFC Perth results: Quillan Salkilld scores come-from-behind TKO of Dariush
Quillan Salkilld faced some early adversity before turning things around. Salkilld (21-1 MMA, 5-0 UFC) finished Beneil Dariush (23-8-1 MMA, 17-8-1 UFC) by TKO at the 3:29 mark of Round 1. The lightweight bout was the UFC Fight Night 275 co-main event at RAC Arena in Perth, Western Australia.
Dariush started Round 1 with a hard left body kick followed by a straight left which dropped Salkilld. That forced Salkilld to shoot for a takedown, but Dariush reversed him and actively worked for his own. Salkilld eventually broke free and unleashed a big right hand, followed by a flurry which finished Dariush.
