High school track and field, softball, baseball, soccer, lacrosse and golf teams were in action.
TRACK AND FIELD Kimberly Gil Frank Invitational BOYS WINNECONNE 122, GREEN BAY PREBLE 112, WEST DE PERE 102, KIMBERLY 74, LITTLE CHUTE 71, FOND DU LAC 70, FOX VALLEY LUTHERAN 57, FREEDOM 39, PLYMOUTH 38, XAVIER 12, MANITOWOC 4 Winneconne won eight individual events and one relay event to power its way to first place. Hudson Samolinski took first in the discus and shot put for Winneconne with a discus throw of 170-8 and a shot put toss of 56-4. Brody Schaffer won the long jump with a jump of 22-6 and 100-meter dash with a time of :10.
82. The Winneconne quartet of Luke Fuller, Logan Wolf, Koltyn Kachur and Grant Wenzelow won the 1,600 relay with a time of 3:28. 88.
Wenzelow also won the 800 with a time of 1:56. 36, while Kachur won the 200 with a time of :22. 33.
Jacob Nuthals was a double winner for Green Bay Preble. He took first in the 1,600- and 3,200-meter runs with times of 4:27. 60 and 9:50.
