The NFL handed down an indefinite ban to popular YouTuber Fred Beyer after he rushed the stage during the draft to announce a Steelers pick.

The NFL has delivered a hefty ban to one YouTube prankster who apparently took things a little too far during the 2026 NFL Draft , rushing the stage to announce a fake Pittsburgh Steelers pick in viral fashion. According to Jenna Lemoncelli of the New York Post , the National Football League indefinitely banned popular YouTuber Fred Beyer for rushing the stage at the 2026 NFL Draft to announce the Steelers ' fake 67th overall pick of "Luke Maxer. " Beyer's actions at the draft quickly went viral on social media, with footage of the incident being made available courtesy of MLFootball .
