Yahoo Sports

The Dodgers are expected to activate Brock Stewart this weekend in St. Louis after a stellar rehab stint. Here is how his return impacts the bullpen.

The Los Angeles Dodgers appear to be ready to bring back reliever Brock Stewart as soon as Saturday as the Boys in Blue face the St. Louis Cardinals. Stewart returned to the Dodgers at 2025’s trade deadline, but he only pitched in four games before landing on the injured list with shoulder inflammation.

He underwent a procedure shortly after and missed the remainder of the season. Aug 4, 2025; Los Angeles, California, USA; Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Brock Stewart (41) delivers a pitch in the top of the ninth inning during an MLB game against the St. Louis Cardinals at Dodger Stadium.

He made two appearances in Single-A , allowing just two baserunners across his two outings at the level, and he’s excelled with Triple-A Oklahoma City as well. The rehabbing Brock Stewart cleared the all-important back-to-back hurdle.

After a scoreless inning last night, he finished an inning tonight, striking out his only batter faced. He's up to 9 strikeouts over 4. 1 scoreless innings in his time with OKC.
