Boston is set to host the Buffalo Sabres at home on Friday night in Game 6. The Bruins forced a Game 6 with a road win in Game 5, and now the team is looking to take it to a winner-take-all Game 7 on Sunday. Although the Bruins are trailing in the series, star defenseman Charlie McAvoy said the team has full confidence they wonโ€™t just win on Friday, but will win the series.

โ€œI think our teamโ€™s resilience has been huge all year,โ€ McAvoy said pregame on Friday. โ€œWe compete, we have each otherโ€™s back, we just all pull the rope in the same direction. This group really has a lot of love.

โ€œI think we have a lot to be excited about, a lot of confidence to have in our game and an opportunity to come back and play in front of our fans tonight. Try to win a game and keep this thing going. โ€ Alex Steeves, Mikey Eyssimont, and Henri Jokiharju will remain in the lineup for the Bruins after all three brought energy into the lineup in Game 5.
