Every postseason for LeBron James matters even more because it could be his last. Unfortunately for him and Bronny James , what once looked like utter dominance and full control for the Los Angeles Lakers has shifted into great concern against the Houston Rockets . Bronny James and his father, Lebron James, have made history on the court together all season long, but this time around, they could be on the wrong side of history.
No NBA team has ever come back from a 3-0 deficit in the playoffs. The NHL and MLB have both had a team come back down 3-0. This could be the year where it happens in the NBA, and it would be a series featuring the most historic franchises with a player in the goat conversation.
Lakers still have control right now, up 3-2, but it is clear momentum is shifting. There is no doubt that the Houston Rockets should have put upmore of a fight in this series. Each game has been close, even still, without their star, Kevin Durant, being available for 90% of the series.
The next two games, he still won't be there. The Houston Rockets' young core has made up their mind now to take full control of what happens in the present, and they have pulled out two straight statement victories vs the Lakers. Lebron James will have to tap into the fountain of youth for one more game, and if Bronny should see the court, he will have to be at his best in every minute he gets to ensure they do not allow a historic feat to be accomplished.
