Among a flurry of deals the Raiders struck on the eve of Rookie minicamp was to lock in CB Hezekiah Masses. The Cal DB led the nation with 18 pass breakups last season along with five interceptions. The Raiders landed Masses in the fifth round (pick 175).
He signs a four-year, $4. 77 million deal with a $386K signing bonus. His cap hit of $981K falls below the Top 51 threshold and thus does not count against the team's salary cap figure.
