Everton Have Put A Formal Bid For This 21-Year-Old: Does He Solve The Attacking Problem? Everton have put a formal bid on the table for PSV Eindhoven’s 21-year-old winger Esmir Bajraktarević. The Toffees are clearly trying to get the deal done before this summer’s World Cup makes his price tag skyrocket.

Transfermarkt puts his value at €5m, but PSV will definitely want a lot more than that.
