When it comes to players who find their way into the end zone, the Kansas City Chiefs need that as much as they can get.

Last year was abysmal on offense, yet the Chiefs spent their first four picks in the 2026 NFL Draft on defensive players. Or did they? Pete Woods, the second pick by the Chiefs , was a defensive tackle for Clemson last season.

It was a down year for a historically elite program, and even for Woods. In 2024, he was elite himself. Regardless, he found himself in the end zone with the ball in his hands, on offense, a few times during his Clemson career.

Woods was used as a goal-line fullback and finished his college career with two rushing TDs. And he's already trying to do some of that with the Chiefs, before he's even had his first practice. "Athletes make plays on both sides of the ball" Peter Woods has already spoke to Andy Reid about a possible goal line opportunity ๐Ÿ‘€ https://t.
