While the Charlotte Hornets did not make it to the playoffs this season, the star point guard is getting a headstart into what the next season could bring with a new haircut. According to a couple of social media accounts, LaMelo decided to cut his curly hair into a fade. The look is reminiscent of his high school days at SPIRE Institute and Academy, where he rocked a similar cut.
"He high key looks like JT now," one fan commented , suggesting he looks like Jayson Tatum. Another fan wrote that he now looks like Drake, "Looks like he bout to write a diss track on K-dot. " One fan suggested he looks like Puerto Rican rapper, Anuel AA.
