YouTube personality Fred Beyer made the decision to crash the stage during Day 2 of the event and announce his own pick. He tried to call out his own name to the Las Vegas Raiders with the 67th overall pick, but the mic was cut off and Beyer was yanked off the stage. If he was looking for his 15 minutes of fame, mission accomplished.
However, it came with a major cost. After being questioned by NFL security and police, Beyer was booted from the grounds and received a lifetime ban from the league. No games or events from here on out.
He also admitted to making a fake credential at a Staples store to pull it off. “You are indefinitely banned from any NFL game or event. The ban is league-wide and will be enforced rigorously,” a letter from the league said.
