Price to compete in UK Open Pool Championship

'The Iceman', the 2021 darts world champion who is seventh in the PDC's order of merit, played at last year's Mosconi Cup, competing in an exhibition pro-am pool event at Alexandra Palace. The UK Open will be staged at the Brentwood Centre in Essex from 25-30 May, although the final night of the 2026 Premier League Darts (PLD) takes place at the O2 in London on 28 May and could potentially see a fixture clash.

The top four players in the PLD standings will compete in the finals, with Price currently in third after 12 of 16 events. A total of 256 players are set to take part in the Uk Open Pool Championship, including 128 professional players from more than 50 countries, competing alongside amateur entrants in an open format. Singapore's Aloysius Yapp claimed the title last year, defeating Spain's Jonas Souto 13-1 in the final in Telford.
