Titans turned 2025 trades into multiple potential starters
The Tennessee Titans' 2025 season trades for draft picks have now yielded multiple potential starters heading into offseason activities.
The Tennessee Titans suffered through a dismal 2025 season, which led to significant changes throughout the organization. During the season, general manager Mike Borgonzi made a few trades to add draft capital to support the rebuild, and those trades are now complete. During the season, the Titans traded Jarvis Brownlee, DreโMont Jones, and Roger McCreary at different stages, and received three draft picks in return: No.
142, No. 144, and No. 196.
They used those picks in different ways to add talent. Tennessee traded Jones to the Baltimore Ravens in a deal that returned pick No. 142 to the organization, and with it, the Titans selected a potential starter in Arkansas guard Fernando Carmona, an experienced college lineman who brings some position flexibility to the roster.
While it will take some time to see what impact he can make, it could be a solid return for a player on a one-year contract. The Titans acquired pick No. 144 from the Los Angeles Rams in exchange for cornerback Roger McCreary at the trade deadline.
