In Round 9 against Gimpo FC, Suwon FC took the lead through Willyan in the 10th minute but were unable to add a second, eventually conceding an equaliser in a 1-1 draw. Improving attacking creativity and maintaining defensive concentration will be key. Suwon Bluewings, meanwhile, have shown some inconsistency in performances but have continued to pick up points.

In Round 9, they secured a 3-2 win over Busan IPark in a clash at the top of the table, with Reis scoring a late winner. They have looked more composed against high pressure and have been able to gain control in key moments. The use of Kang Hyeon-muk in an asymmetrical role has also provided an additional option.
