Chase DeLauter’s Mindset Over Recent Hot Streak for Guardians
How Chase DeLauter has overcome a slow stretch and is back to being one of the Cleveland Guardians' best hitters.
Hits have been hard to come by for the Cleveland Guardians over the last few weeks. Stephen Vogt even admitted so after their series loss to the Tampa Bay Rays. That said, one member of Cleveland’s lineup continues to produce, even after a slow stretch, and that’s rookie sensation Chase DeLauter.

The thing is, good hitters, and those that produce a long, big-league career, and DeLauter is doing just that right now. Over the last seven games, DeLauter owns a . 375/.
423/. 417 slash line, including three RBI, and just two strikeouts. He’s currently on a nine-game on-base streak, while putting up quality at-bats after quality at-bats.
