Kentucky and Will Stein add another four-star safety recruit
Kentucky keeps the momentum on the recruiting trail going with their 13th commit of the 2027 recruiting class in four-star safety Marquis Bryant.
The momentum on the recruiting trail continues for Will Stein and the Kentucky Wildcats . Four-star safety Marquis Bryant just announced his commitment to Kentucky per Hayes Fawcett of On3 . Bryant recently decommitted from North Carolina and Kentucky was quickly able to get him on campus for a visit on the weekend of the spring game.
The 6'0, 190-pound safety out of Rolesville, NC committed to Kentucky over Tennessee and Auburn. Bryant is a 5'11", 190 lb safety out of North Carolina. He has been a ballhawk at Rolesville, and has scheme versatility, able to play deep or in the box.
He is currently rated four stars by 247Sports and ranks as their No. 193 player overall in the 2027 class. This addition brings Kentucky to 13 total commits for the 2027 recruiting class.
Bryant is the second four-star safety to pick the Wildcats this month, as Tristin Hughes committed on the day of the Kentucky spring game. Kentucky currently sits with a top ten recruiting class in the country, according to 247sports. Bryant has a nose for the football, as he had seven interceptions and forced two fumbles as a Junior.
