The Baltimore Ravens signed undrafted rookie free agent Diego Pavia to a three-year deal, as the Heisman trophy runner-up now gets a chance to earn a spot on the roster.

Going undrafted isn't ideal, but it is far from the end of the road for a player like Pavia, and he lands in Baltimore in perhaps the best position he could. With Lamar Jackson and Tyler Huntley, Pavia has two superb leaders to learn from as he navigates life as an NFL quarterback. And for head coach Jesse Minter, he's made it clear Diego will get a proper run at it this offseason.

"We'll certainly have some talks about maybe how to handle certain things a little bit better," Minter said on Good Morning Football . "But, again, any rookie undrafted free agent -- come in and work. Let what you do on the field and by your actions show who you really are.

"We'll let him come in with a little bit of a clean slate and just give him a platform, along with the rest of the guys coming in, give them a platform to see what they can do. " More: Do Steelers have Aaron Rodgers doubt over 2026 future? What are Pavia expectations?
