Detroit Tigers shortstop/center fielder Javier Báez landed on the injured list before Wednesday's game against the Atlanta Braves at Truist Park.

ATLANTA – The Detroit Tigers will be without Javier Báez for a while. The 33-year-old shortstop/center fielder landed on the 10-day injured list Wednesday, April 29, with a right ankle sprain before the second of three games against the Atlanta Braves at Truist Park. "It's a significant ankle sprain," manager A.
