Sean Strickland unsurprised by 'sick f*ck' Dana White's reaction to WHCD shooting
Dana White saying that being part of an assassination attempt on Trump was "f*cking awesome" doesn't surprise Sean Strickland.
LAS VEGAS – Dana White saying that being part of an attempted assassination of the President of the United States was "f*cking awesome" came as a shock to many people, but not to Sean Strickland . White was in attendance this past Saturday for the White House Correspondence Dinner in Washington, D. C.
, where a man armed with a gun bolted through security and exchanged shots with Secret Service agents. The man, Cole Tomas Allen , 31, of Torrance, Calif. , was subdued and later charged with attempting to assassinate President Donald Trump .
The sound of gunfire caused a panic inside the Washington Hilton ballroom, where White was among approximately 2,600 people – journalists, media professionals, government officials, and other luminaries – gathered for the dinner. In the immediate aftermath, White described his experience to USA TODAY. "(Suddenly), it just started getting noisy," White said.
"Tables getting flipped over, guys running in with guns, and they were screaming, ‘Get down. ’ I didn’t get down. It was f*cking awesome.
