A 2027 offensive lineman from Virginia names Tennessee football in his top four schools.
Tennessee is recruiting toward its 2027 football signing class. Four-star interior offensive lineman Carter Jones named Tennessee in his top four schools, along with Georgia , Clemson and Penn State , according to Hayes Fawcett of On3 . The 6-foot-5, 291-pound prospect is from Poquoson High School in Poquoson, Virginia.
247Sports ranks him as the No. 16 interior offensive lineman in the class and No. 5 player in Virginia.
Tennessee offered Jones a scholarship during a camp on June 8, 2025. He has visited Tennessee three times and will officially visit the Vols on May 21. Old Dominion was the first school to offer Jones a scholarship on June 2, 2024.
