Longtime Denver Broncos safety Justin Simmons announced his retirement after nine NFL seasons on Wednesday. โBeing a Denver Bronco was more than just a team,โ Simmons said in a video posted on social media by the team . โIt was my heart, my home and my story.
โ Simmons, 32, played eight of his nine seasons with the Broncos before being released and joining the Atlanta Falcons in 2024. He did not play during the 2025 season. All-Pro player.
