Virginia Tech basketball: Elon G Ned Hull transfers to Hokies

On Monday, former Elon guard Ned Hull became the latest player to join Virginia Tech for the 2026-27 season.
Hull is a 6-foot-3, 195-pound guard from Charlotte, North Carolina, who played at Charlotte Latin High School. He played 17 games as a true freshman in 2023-24, averaging six minutes per game and 1. 4 points per contest.
He appeared in only one game as a sophomore in 2024-25, before an injury ended his season and forced him to redshirt. Last season, Hull played in 32 games and averaged 18 minutes, 4. 5 points and 1.
