FC Bayern’s Eberl is not too happy….

The team has a lot to redeem themselves with at home, and most importantly, they have a 1-goal deficit to bridge, since they lost 5-4 at the Parc Des Princes. The slope is steep for the Bavarians, who today, were exposed to the quality of PSG’s football and players and failed to deliver an answer to some pressing questions. However, it is clear that Bayern fought hard.
Facing a side like PSG is not easy given how quickly the game can flip in the home side’s favor. Given the difficulties and the challenge of the game, most have nothing but praise for Bayern’s response, even if they did not win. Max Eberl, the director of sport, spoke to Sky Germany following the game and called it grandiose.
“That was a grandiose match. I’ve rarely experienced a game at this level. Compliments to our team,” he said, as captured by Sky Sports journalist Kerry Hau .
