Per Matt Norlander of CBS Sports, Stokes will announce his commitment today at 3:30 P. M. ET on ESPN's NBA Today.
It's expected to be either Kentucky or Kansas, though Oregon has been in the mix as well. Stokes is the No. 1 overall player in the 2026 recruiting class in every major service's rankings.
The 6'7", 230 lb wing has a varied skill set that allows him to not only score in bunches, but be a solid defender as well. He has very good strength and can drive to the basket, but is skilled enough to get himself open jumpshots as well. He's still developing as a three-point shooter, but continues to show improvement there.
