Wofford guard Nils Machowski commits to UConn
The third addition for UConn out of the portal brings depth to the backcourt.

2 percent from three. Machowski began his collegiate career at UCF, where he started nine games as a sophomore. The Berlin, Germany native visited UConn this past weekend.
With his final year of eligibility, he’ll bring depth to a Husky guard room that will be without Solo Ball after the announcement of his medical redshirt. Two backups last season, Malachi Smith and Alec Millender, have exhausted their eligibility, while freshman Jacob Furphy entered the transfer portal and has since committed to Boston College. The Huskies expect to start Silas Demary Jr.
