Five Georgia Bulldogs that we're selected in the 2026 NFL draft have signed as undrafted free agents!

The Georgia Bulldogs had eight players selected in the 2026 NFL draft , but the Bulldogs still had several notable players get passed up in the draft including a pair of All-SEC specialists. Following the draft, every year there's a frenzy to land the top undrafted players. This year's draft was no different.

Shortly after the draft, five Georgia players signed as undrafted free agents with NFL teams. The Minnesota Vikings took on two undrafted Georgia players in punter Brett Thorson and wide receiver Dillon Bell. Last year, a pair of undrafted Dawgs (linebacker Chaz Chambliss and tight end Ben Yurosek) made the Vikings' 53-man roster.

Yurosek and Chambliss both ended up having a significant role for the Vikings with both players appearing in 12 games. Being undrafted does not mean a player's career is over, but players have to find an NFL team willing to take a risk on them as an undrafted free agent. Joining Bell and Thorson as undrafted Georgia players to sign are wide receiver Noah Thomas (Cincinnati Bengals), long snapper Beau Gardner (Chicago Bears) and running back Cash Jones (Atlanta Falcons).
