T. J. Parker was the Bills' highest draft selection, taken in the second round after the franchise traded back, so it is natural to think that he was Buffalo's best draft choice.

But apparently that isn't the case. For CBS Sports' Pete Prisco, he's named receiver Skyler Bell as Buffalo's best draft pick. "Fourth-round receiver Skyler Bell isn't a big receiver, but he can get separation and should push for time as a rookie," Prisco wrote .
