Track: Weather plays havoc with South Dearborn Invitational
South Dearborn hosted a 20-team invitational, but the weather turned out to be the key factor. Pop-up showers interrupted the events and eventually, the officials made the decision to cancel the meet after the running of the 300 hurdles. Five running events and two field events were not completed.
Batesville was having a good with a meet record broken, a school record broken, a tie of a school record, 6 first place finishes and 17 personal best performances. The Lady Bulldogs were well on their way to winning the meet with 102 points to the next team at 59 points (Lawrenceburg).
