Saints officially release three players post-draft
Some moves after a successful draft

That put the team over the 90-player limit, so some moves needed to be made.
It was always likely that some of these more overcrowded positions would see changes soon, and we saw that in todayโs moves. The Saints have released WR Samori Toure, RB Evan Hull, and TE Elijah Cooks. The #Saints are releasing WR Samori Toure following the drafting of WRs Jordyn Tyson and Bryce Lance, source says.

As of now, the near gaurentees for the WR room next season are Chris Olave, Jorydn Tyson, Devaughn Vele, Bryce Lance, and Barion Brown. Thatโs already 5 of the 6 spots the Saints would likely enter the 2026 season with.
