Cover athletes announced for EA Sports 'UFC 6' video game

Two prominent names will grace the cover of EA Sports’ latest UFC game. The company announced on Monday that former two-division champion Alex Pereira and ex-featherweight king Max Holloway will get featured billing for “UFC 6,” which marks the first release since the fifth version in 2023. The game is slated for a June 12 release — two days before the UFC White House card.

“Poatan” has emerged as one of the promotion’s biggest stars since coming to the UFC from Glory Kickboxing in 2021. Holloway, meanwhile, is usually mentioned with Jose Aldo and Alexander Volkanovski as one of the top featherweights in UFC history. In addition to a lengthy reign as 145-pound champion, “Blessed” also held the BMF crown before relinquishing the strap to Charles Oliveira at UFC 326 this past March.
